We are setting up an after-sales support network of authorised Savic Motorcycles service partners with registered motorcycle service centres to support customer deliveries.
Phase 1 will be covering major metropolitan areas in each state. Phase 2 will start to expand our offering to our customers to cover additional locations.
Details of these partners will be shared once agreements are in place, and individual customers will be informed of the location of their nearest service centre.
Apart from warranty repairs, consumables such as brakes, tyres and cosmetic parts can be serviced and repaired by any qualified motorcycle mechanic and we will be able to provide over-the-air diagnostics and updates for software.
